During my recent stay at Fonda Domingo, I had the pleasure of enjoying their restaurant's culinary offerings. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, much like the bustling street markets of Seoul that I adore. I appreciated the variety on the menu, showcasing fresh, local ingredients-a nod to my passion as a marine biologist focused on preserving our oceans. I sampled a unique seafood dish that featured flavors reminiscent of both Korean and Filipino cuisines. It felt like a good fusion that celebrated the bounty of our seas, which I greatly respect in my work. Breakfast was equally satisfying, with options that cater to all palates.
